mAIndset was founded by Dr Shabnam Rashtchi, a computational scientist and AI systems architect with a PhD in Computational Mechanics and more than 14 years of experience delivering advanced technology solutions across financial services, pharmaceuticals, consulting, cloud infrastructure and high-growth technology companies.
Her work focuses on building secure, domain-specific AI systems that combine large language models, agentic workflows, enterprise knowledge systems and automation to solve complex business and engineering challenges.
